Disable "creator" in search default options #161

The search term "sky" is the result

The reason why the photos that are not related to the sky but not related to the sky are shown in the search result is because the artist name contains 'sky'.

How about changing to CCL search_image?

Ha, we observed this behavior and added this exact feature, but then changed it in response to user testing (see #153). People were confused that searching for 'van gogh' by default did not return his works. I'm not sure what the best way would be to solve both use cases.
