Up until recently, AWS only supported ES 2.4 thus we are using 2.4 right now.

Let's updated so we can enjoy of other features, namely a better kibana.

[x] Create snapshot from 2.3
[x] Create 5.3 cluster
[x] Register first snapshot and then restore it
[x] To test it, change environment variable to new cluster host and run all tests
[x] Duplicate cluster
[x] Change environment variable in production
[x] Try it out. Done

Completed the migration! Everything's working!
