List page should have editing functions

List page is very minimal right now:

Add:

Field for a text-only description
Field for toggling the list to public/private
Field for adding/editing the 'displayname' of the user (you should be able to make a list public but clear out your display name, or modify it)

Until #56, anyone will be able to make these edits on any list.

You can now edit fields on the page as well as delete images from a list directly from the list page.
