Bootstrap Rijks images with torrent #83

There are a limited number of Rijks images in the collection now, but this would help stand it up more quickly.

Going to use this source as a way to get more images pre-launch. The torrent is downloading, will take awhile as it's not widely seeded.

Unfortunately this data file turned out to have corrupted records, and it's too large to reasonably correct by hand.
