Document specific versions of Vocabulary family projects used by active downstream projects in README.md

Problem

This is a sub-issue of :

Presently, there is not a public listing of all the versions of the Vocabulary family of projects utilized in downstream projects. Some projects have specific versions and others have ranges.

The following Vocabulary family of projects have versions used in downstream projects:

• creativecommons/vocabulary
• creative-commons/vocabulary-components
• creativecommons/vocabulary-fonts
• creativecommons/vocabulary-styles
• creativecommons/cc-assets

The following downstream repos have versions used within them:

• creativecommons/creativecommons-certificate
• creativecommons/wp-theme-openglam
• creativecommons/creativecommons.github.io-source
• creativecommons/wp-theme-summit
• creativecommons/cc-global-components
• creativecommons/cc-legal-tools-data
• creativecommons/cc-legal-tools-app
• creativecommons/creativecommons-base
• creativecommons/chooser

Description

To resolve this, at a minimum the README.md file needs to be edited to include the versions in a minimal way, future iterations can rework the readability of the information as needed on additional Issues.
