Fixes

Fixes #987 by @waridrox

Description

As suggested in #987, the scripts have been restructured and renamed to follow the following directory structure and naming convention:

.
└── scripts/
    ├── build/
    │ ├── fonts.sh
    │ ├── vocabulary.sh
    │ └── vue-vocabulary.sh
    └── publish/
        ├── fonts.sh
        ├── vocabulary.sh
        └── vue-vocabulary.sh

Apart from this, the redundant scripts namely deploy.sh and publish.sh have been removed from the parent dir.

@brylie, could you pls suggest any changes, I think the build is failing. Here are the logs for reference...

Parsing package.json dependencies
Different publish path detected, going to use the one specified in the Netlify configuration file: 'packages/vue-vocabulary/docs' versus 'docs/' in the Netlify UI
No changes detected in base directory. Returning early from build.
Creating deploy upload records
Failed during stage 'checking build content for changes': Canceled build due to no content change
