Sorry, this is the crash from 1 hour ago. And for what I did: I wanted to create a new line in my string variable so I pressed \ and it crashed my game repeatedly, I removed 3 mods that extended the functionality of cc: tweaked with minecolonies and refined storage thinking that those were the culprits but they aren't the cause of this crash.

This appears to be a problem with Inventory Tweaks. I recommend you report it to them.
