k95 update firmware, brick the keyboard #425

first i can't link to mac , and the LEDs do not work! link to windows but driver cant identify the keyboard. I tried to reset ,but not work, what can I do now?

Might be easier for someone to help if you provide more info. Which firmware version were you going from, and which one did you upgrade to? Which OS did you perform the upgrade on, and did you use the official Corsair tool or ckb? Do you get any log messages while plugging in the keyboard? (I don't have a Mac so I don't know how to check this, but I suppose there's some kind of hardware event log somewhere.) Have you made sure you are using the very latest ckb version (Jun 30, even newer than the beta), may need to compile it yourself.
