Keys are sometimes changing binding, like '`' becomes '§' or '~' becomes '±'. #426

I have the correct keyboard layout set English (United States) for my keyboard.

When I notice then the issue at a seemingly random point and the tilde key has lost its binding, I need to go into CKB (it's always running in the background) and select a different keyboard, then select it back onto the original (US). This seems to reset CKB for me and i'm back in tilde business. But it's not ideal.

Is there anything I can do to help you find this problem?

@0:10 I show how the English (United States) keyboard layout is currently selected, while still producing the tilde bug @0:12 I change to an incorrect layout @0:19 I change back to original layout, and tilde key now works as expected
