Google Desktop insists there is an upgrade for Quick Launch Panel #66

Which gadget does this problem concern?
Quick Launch Panel v 2.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Waiting for google desktop to notify there is an update available.
2. Click on update available and the only one that shows is Quick Launch Panel.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect an updated version of Quick Launch Panel, but instead i get the same 
one and continuous notices that an upgrade is available.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v 2.6 on Windows XP Pro SP3

Which version of Google Desktop are you running and which language version of 
Google Desktop is installed? (You can find the version by clicking the downward 
arrow on top of your sidebar and clicking About...)
Google Desktop 5.9.1005.12335-en-pb (English-US)

Please provide any additional information below. If you see visual issues 
please attach a screenshot to this issue.
