Which gadget does this problem concern?
MAIL Notifier

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading of Gmail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A popup free access to my Gmail Acct.--instead access cannot be had until 
the removal of the following yellow triangled (Microsoft ?) Pop-up  
headed; Security Information: Do you wish to view no-secure items YES/NO ?
How do I get rid of this ?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest-as of downloading 2 days ago --on Widows XP Home.

Which version of Google Desktop are you running and which language version 
of Google Desktop is installed?
Latest as of one week ago in UK English

Can you upload a screenshot of this? I don't know what popup or triangle you 
mean.
