✏️Description

현재 사용중인 s3에선 Public IP에 대해서 Access Deny가 되어 있습니다.
따라서, 아래 사진과 같이 url을 제공받아도 이미지가 보이지 않는 현상이 있습니다.
해당 이슈로 s3가 아닌 지속 유지가 가능한 Object Storage를 선택하게 되었습니다.

[x] AWS S3 API로 사용(기존 코드 유지를 위해)
