mui-v5 component extractor works? #189

Not sure if the output is correct yet, but the tools/component-extractor/build.sh script runs.

Thank you so much for doing this.

Looks like a good step in the right direction. I would like to merge this into mui-v5 soon (which basically is a research branch at this point) so that we have a unified base for further contributions.

Small nit: Can you give core2 a more meaningful name?
