attachment browser for other EQUELLA items is unthemed #8

see in CORE Studio/FYP collection for instance, if you sign in as admin or faculty, go to 2nd page of the form, and attach an assignment (under the admin fields if you flag for review):

Doesn't fit the rest of the theme, needs white background, etc.
