required fields on article request form should have a visual indicator #36

You configure which fields are required in system preferences under Circulation > Article Requests https://library-staff.cca.edu/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?tab=circulation

but there are no visual indicators that these fields are required, but they do have a required class so we should be able to style them easily.
