Koha admin color theme #40

Ali asked if the color scheme could be something other than green. I don't see the east way to do this—CSS variables—so we'd need to find everything the theme color is used and change it, but it's definitely possible.

Koha wiki has topical pages but they're mostly about the OPAC and I'm not sure if they're current

The best idea I have to approach this is to look at Koha-Community/Koha for SCSS color variables and then search for the variable names in the staff side styles. It might not be that much work.

Based on ByWater's response, this seems like a bit too much work. There's no easy list of colors and where they'll need to be overridden.
