[x] more concise search help: remove ID part
[x] update terms listed on search pg
[x] delete outdated "terms" popup & it's corresponding screen file

Had to both upload Materials Library CSS (live/styles_s6.css) to Staging & update its wwwoptions with STYLESHEET6=/screens/styles_s6.css to get environment similar to live.
