Only in Libraries collection, names like:

<subject>
  <subjectType>name</subjectType>
  <name authority="local" type="personal">Montoya, Malaquias, 1938-</name>
</subject>

We also use ULAN and LC-NACO authorities.

Right now, these are migrated as deduped keywords only. We could add them to our cca_local vocabulary or create a new names one. Leaving as a keyword is...OK but inevitably leads to multiple forms of the same name.

[x] script to migrate local names from "LIBRARIES - subject name" taxo to cca_local.yaml subjects
[x] spreadsheet of names from OCLC & ULAN authorities (add to existing sheet?)
[x] look up authority URIs in above
[ ] what do we do with artists in ULAN who aren't in LCNAF? Ask arph
[x] sheet of mods/subject/name values not in our names taxonomy
[x] figure out what, if anything, to do with those (leave them as keywords?)
