Add iasWorld webapp column descriptions to dbt #361

Our dbt iasWorld column descriptions currently only come from the iasWorld back end, but there also appear to be useful descriptions for columns in the web app that we should grab and add to dbt.

Apparently these descriptions are not intended to last past next year.
