This PR updates the api pipeline stage and its associated Excel template to make sure that the API workbooks are ready for the 2024 model.
The Excel template changes are difficult to see in this diff, so for clarity, here are the changes I made:
Removed Garage Area 1 Included and Cathedral Ceiling columns from characteristic predictors
Added Corner Lot to characteristic predictors
Removed First Street Risk Direction from location predictors and changed FEMA SFHA to Census Tract
Added Airport DNL Total, Nearest Secondary Road Dist. (Feet), Nearest University (Feet), and Nearest Vacant Land (Feet) to the proximity predictors
Added Num Sales in The Past 5 Years, Active Homeownership Exemp., and Num. Years Active Homeowner Exemp. to the "other" predictors
I tested these changes by updating the API backend on the server to use a 2024 run, regenerating the workbook locally, and checking to make sure that prediction operations still work.
