This PR makes two tiny tweaks to the desk review workbook template that are unfortunately not visible in the GitHub diff: adjusting the notes on the Lnd. >= 95% in Town and Bld. >= 95% in Town flag columns to clarify that the percentile applies to the land or buliding square footage as opposed to its predicted value.
I've already made this change in the published workbooks on OneDrive and notified Valuations accordingly; this PR preserves that change for posterity.
