Busy indicator fade-in/fade-out fixed to one second, not 24 frames. #1

Namely, at least on my machine, the prescribed 24FPS cannot be kept-up with when CPU is busy.

As a consequence, the opening of jGnash took cca. 10 more seconds just to rotate-out the remaining frames of the busy indicator.
