This replaces PR #8 by resolving the conflicts and fixing the formatting issues (tabs instead of spaces). Credits still go to @laeubi.

And.. what does Kontobezeichung translate to? Online tools don't know what it is.

"Kontobezeichnung" basically is "bank account name".
