TranslationError table #147

Hi, There is something that seems odd in the metaData.TranslationErrors table. Just picked this one example, but there are lots, that all seem to be the same. Note that this variable is supposed to be continuous, so it should not be being translated at all. There is in the man page a range of values and then a set of missing values.
So somewhere things are going awry....
