To help us keep track of exactly what sorts of design considerations we are after for each page, I have started a Google Spreadsheet file:

I will continue to fill this out, but anyone can edit and contribute. We can use this as the basis for establishing a more 'systematic roadmap' for where to go after the basic site framework is in place (navigation elements, header and footer).
