CV pages returning error #112

e.g.

getting a ProgrammingError at /cvs/cv/detail/gregory-guldin/

please help to fix

Sorry - I forgot there was a migration required when deploying the update to live.

I have definitely not lost site that we are live.. (?). Thank you for fixing immediately.

Since we are live, shouldn't we switch off the debug messages and only show a 404?

ahh.. the comment on the live is b/c the URL I posted? I must have copied that over when checking if I was getting the same error on production as a url as well... sorry.

No worries. I left the debug on deliberately a while back. You are right. It should be disabled on production. Done.

I dropped the associate producer stuff into production too.
