Missing markdown edit menu #140

On the front end and stacked inlines, the markdown menu is missing. This leads to the markdown preview being misaligned. The markdown preview is also failing to appear suggesting a javascript error.

This has been raised as a bug with the application here

fixed by updating the package. Done and deployed.

Interesting. We currently can't access the front-end editor tools, so I never saw this. The back end is aligned now; it wasn't before, right?

Could your changes to fix this editor issue have resulted in some of the template bugs we are now seeing? #141 #142

I am re-assigning this to you because I am not sure what I should be looking at. You were talking about the front-end editor, but I can only see this on Abadi (not CCCS). The front-end editor in Abadi is still missing prievew and is mis-aligned (I think I raised it as an issue in GitLab).

This was briefly fixed in the 0.8 date of mezzanine_pagedown that I had to revert. It was a pagedown bug. It will be addressed by #147. You can probably close this and reprioritize #147 as appropriate.
