Fix projects to use content not description #144

This will make it a richtext (markdown) field and ensure that projects are consistent with the other site content elements (pages, cvs, blog entries etc.)

This is done. I'm deploying it to staging first since it is quite a substantial change. If it tests out OK there I'll deploy it to live.
