adding 'Project Owner/Operator' and 'Project Financer' field #146

For any given project (e.g. https://crossculturalconsult.com/en/admin/projects/project/74/), please help us to add two input fields under the project 'title' section for:

  1. Project Owner/Operator
  2. Project Financer/Sponsor

Done and deployed. I've done a fairly major tidy up of the project form in admin using fieldsets too - I had to make a start in order to bring these fields up into the 'title' section.
