I am opening this issues to alert Cristi to some some examples of CCCS' aesthetic preferences for site design. CCCS offers customized writing. Our website, while currently 'promotional', will be increasingly focused on 'publication'. I derive much of my aesthetic appreciation from magazines and media outlets:
Radio Sweden [esp. reflects customized responsive and mobile-oriented design]
vice magazine [This embodies the 'modern' aesthetic, but is absolutely not responsive. I like to reference this magazine b/c of its sub-cultural prestige and for how hard the writers like to party.]
dwell magazine [This is not at all the way we organize and present content, but it's cool - especially for fonts.]
I also like the current aesthetic reflected by the CCCS blog, but I am not tied to it. I also really like the minimalist appearance of the e-book, "butterick’s practical typography".
Also noteworthy are the site of other businesses similar to CCCS:
