I am not too familiar with 'parallax' effects. I don't know how dependant they are on HTML 5, or whether implementing them would cause problems for more basic browsers, so please let me know.
I like this concept. I would like also if it could be contained within a single page (that is, many sites that use this effect have only a few 'pages', which to me are more like 'sections').
Can a 'scrolling template' be established that could present some 'content sections' in a more responsive manner, using 'parallax' effects to make the content appear more modern / interesting?
