Support "Manager" in posts fetched from archive #1232

It can be identified by the ID. Example: http://archive.4plebs.org/pol/thread/103217864/#103220853

Apparently only on boards with IDs, though. For example https://desuarchive.org/_/api/chan/post/?board=qa&num=894474 was a manager, but there's no way to see it from the archive data.
