Firefox Quantum broke keyboard captcha #1654

Using 1.13.14.8 and Greasemonkey 4.0 on Firefox Quantum (57) the keyboard inputs for Captcha 2.0 (789uiojkl) no longer appear to be working, which is a pain because the mouse inputs are much slower

Like #1559 and #1624, this is due to greasemonkey/greasemonkey#2574. You can wait for Greasemonkey to be fixed, or try Violentmonkey / Tampermonkey in the meantime.
