I don't know if this is only an issue with 4chan-x or what. But if it is. ccd0 help us.

This has never happened to me before. But there is a problem with the captcha now. Apparently. You have to change IP addresses or use a different IP address on something alike a cell phone SIM card or something. I don't know.

To trigger this you apparently just need to do an image-dump or post random images or your folder collections really fast on somewhere alike /b/. That's what I do. I'm from /b/. You may ask why I do this. Well the truth is I don't have anything better to do.

Update. I checked now. It works. But I don't know if this will be a problem again. So I urge the 4chan-x developers -- especially ccd0 -- or anyone who wants to -- to post a bunch of random image-dumps or folder-dumps onto /b/ really fast until it's triggered. If you get up to alike 100~120~150 images then it's probably apparently no longer an issue or something that can be triggered. Apparently.

I'm hoping this is just some weird anomaly. And won't happen again. But I'm worried. Because. You know. I really don't have anything to do other than post random image-dumps and folder-dumps on /b/. ... And stuff...

I decided to "make a ticket on github". Yeah. I am doing that. But we originally discussed 4chan-x etc. on here. And I am traditional. And the discussion is much better on here than some ticket that no one cares about. -- So I still think monitoring and discussing stuff there is pretty important.

If you're reporting a bug, the more detail you can give, the better. If I can't reproduce your bug, I probably won't be able to fix it. You can help by doing the following:

Include precise steps to reproduce the problem, with the expected and actual results.

I don't know. Post image-dumps folder-dumps in a thread you made on /b/ or something really fast.

Make sure your browser, 4chan X, and userscript manager (e.g. Greasemonkey, ViolentMoney, or Tampermonkey) are up to date. Include the versions you're using in bug reports.

I'm sorry. I'm sort of planning on making it up to date. But I hate new versions. Everything sucks now. You know. But I'm using the last version of 38 ESR. For my portable BBS Chan firefox. I use the up to date web-browsers; For actual web-browsing; Of course.

Open your console with Shift+Control+J (⇧⌘J on OS X Firefox, ⌘⌥J on OS X Chromium), and look for error messages, especially ones that occur at the same time as the bug. Include these in your bug report. If you're using Firefox, be sure to check the browser console (Shift+Control+J), not just the web console (Shift+Control+K) as errors may not show up in the latter. Messages about "Content Security Policy" are expected and can be ignored.

Please mention any other extensions / scripts you are using. To check if a bug is due to a conflict with another extension, temporarily disable any other extensions and userscripts. If the bug goes away, turn them back on one by one until you find the one causing the problem.

To test if the bug occurs under the default settings or only with specific settings, back up your settings and reset them using the Export and Reset Settings links in the settings panel. If the bug only occurs under specific settings, upload your exported settings to a site like https://paste.installgentoo.com/, and link to it in your bug report. If your settings contains sensitive information (e.g. personas), edit the text file manually.

Test if the bug occurs using the native extension with 4chan X disabled. If it does, it's likely a problem with 4chan or your browser rather than with 4chan X.

It's on Google's end. They're blocking you. It happens sometimes. I get this too. Usually it goes away after a bit. Sometimes goes away after clicking the Verify button once. Sometimes it can be fixed by switching to the regular captcha, but sometimes that's blocked too.
