tegaki features don't work #2482

Submitter: ProfessorPicke Email: deathpickle1@hotmail.com the drawing features don't work properly. You can still do basic stuff, but things like pen pressure or making a drawing that can be replayed doesn't work sadly. No it is not just me.

Any issues with Tegaki should be reported to https://github.com/desuwa/tegaki unless you've confirmed they only happen with 4chan X enabled.
