(Feature Request) Make randomize filename more accessible #2660

Sometimes you might want to randomize the filename, sometimes you might not. Could you please put a checkbox next to tegaki/dump/post from URL to toggle this feature?

i asked for this long time ago and id did not receive any comment. i still support the idea.
