@gioele: This problem is still existant in the new installation 16-01-2015: .../a/index.php/mea-gga-i-bw-1934-05-20-4 should be (according to it's Signatur) .../a/index.php/mea-gga-i-bw-1934-05-20-1-pdf

solved because of new randomly created slugs
