Including A in Text Flow Diagramms #127

In “Coherence at Variant Passages” and “Coherence in Attestations” the user can include or exclude A by clicking on “A” and choosing the appropriate variant from the drop-down menu on the right. Hitherto the default was “A=A” which had the same effect as “A=a”. Now the default does not work anymore, if the source of “a” is “?” according to the local stemma (e.g. Mc 2:4/38). (We can include A, however, if we set “A=a”.) Actually the option “A=A” is not needed in the menu and could be taken out. The default should be “A=a”.
