Accent placement in quotes in pwg #41

The svarita accent is placed over the visarga षः॑ and not over the character ष॑ः ... probably a consequence of the placement of ^ in SLP1.

(Also, but that might be not solable, the svarita and the anusvara overlap in our font जं॑)

The same is true for the placement in ISO transliteration: nabhaḥ̀ ... again on the visarga aḥ̀   and not on the vowel àḥ.
