prefixed accent placement in inflected forms

Inflected forms following the headword are sometimes given with accents, with is then displayed in the interface floating in front of the verb.

accent_placement

should be:

f. (Ved. voc. अ॔म्बे [ VS. ] or अम्ब [ RV. ],

TEI: <w xml:lang="san-Latn-x-SLP1">/ambe</w>

This one is ambA in monier.

Similar issue in monier agnivat:

prefixed_accent

This is caused by wrong values in the @xml:lang of some words in the TEI files, filed as gioele/sanskrit-dict-to-tei#149.
