Roots should be shown #70

Now that #69 has been closed, the roots present in the text must be supported explicitly in the XSLT views.

For example, in aMSIkf, where one can find

<hyph ana="key2"
    xml:lang="san-Latn-x-SLP1-headword2">aMSI-<m ana="root" type="preverb">kf</m></hyph>

or aMSa,

<sense>[…]
and not from the above
<milestone unit="following_verb_root"/>

Sometimes roots are encoded as <w> milestones, like in aMs in Monier.
