How do I generate the r_data directory found in the example? Is there a standard method to download the data?

Hello! To access the data to use the ibdplexus package please see our website: https://www.crohnscolitisfoundation.org/research/plexus/working-with-ibd-plexus. There is a membership option and also an option to submit proposals for academic research.
