1 month ago 可以使用promxy作为数据源的proxy，把proxy作为数据源配置到夜莺里，而非直接把两个数据源都配置到夜莺里

Why is this needed:為了高可用，我們公司有兩個機房，兩個固定IP，兩個機房各有一個victoriametrics，在數據采集階段就將數據推到兩個victoriametrics。告警規則中加入多個數據源，缺點是警告會出兩份。因此希望加入後備數據源。在第主數據源失效時去請求後備數據源。
