Moved anti_tank_missiles.tga asteroid_mining.tga asymmetric_warfare.tga destroyers.tga fusion_power.tga modern_anti_ship_missiles.tga naval_warfare_center.tga to unused_art

Why is there an unused art folder at all?

@ccfox I'd planned to recycle the images in the unused_art folder soon and I didn't want to leave the unused images in the current folder.
