Renamed some islamist and fascist parties from NWO and adapted Tradition und Leben and German Party from CWE. I'm not comfortable with PEGIDA (R) as the German theocrat party but it's the closest candidate for the part. Tweaked some party policies.

I think Sikkim has line ending issues for some reason; removing the .gitattributes stops Git from correcting them, but a better option would be fixing the line endings.
