[Feature request] SponsorBlock API #79

Some song have intros/outros and i don't really like it, and maybe others too, some developers wont add it because image (issue #495 in z-huang / InnerTune) i'm asking to add that because in some songs intro are longer than the song itself, in great example of this is https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=Ojp9GpbGCww (it literally takes more than a half for song to start because of into)

I think it's a good idea through not of the highest priority for me. If someone really needs it just like the above comment.
