Cutadapt failed to run #21

Hello Breakmer team

Having an issue with cutadapt used in breakmer. The config file contains the path to cutadapt config as well as binary.

cutadapt works fine out of breakmer

python breakmer.py run -c example_data/breakmer.cfg
05/03/2016 02:05:52 PM - breakmer.params - ERROR - Cutadapt failed to run, exit code 1. Check installation and version.

Issue autofixed, never mind

updated cutadapt version
