pyuic4.bat is missing #15

Seem to be missing in the Lib\site-packages\PyQt4 folder.

The script is there (not in "python-X.Y.Z\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4" but in 
"python-X.Y.Z\Scripts") but it is named "pyuic.bat" instead of "pyuic4.bat".

But you're right, it should be named "pyuic4.bat". It will be fixed in next 
release.
