[x] when a new test is defined with no time restrictions, then on the initial test summary view, the time data format is wrong (displays NaN)
when no time restrictions, should not start countdown timer nor trigger the clear timer method
[x] (big bug) also right after start a non timed test, it appears like the timer actually gets activated and then it appears as though the test gets submitted automatically
[x] after test submitted; if test completed in under one minute, the time format is missing ':'; looks like 'mmss' but should be 'mm:ss'; also countdown timer, when goes down to under one minute, missing the ':'
