refresh button instead of automatic polling

currently that application is set to automatically update all feeds on 20min interval; however, when audio player is working, this may interfere with the content that is being played currently (may lose data and cause player error or some kind of data conflict situ)

replace the auto polling scenario with a refresh button

• it would run all the same functions as the polling function does currently
• button would only be available if the audio player is inactive
• refreshing would clear all of the old feeds (even if player has been paused)
